It is an advanced online ticket service provider which aims to make you purchase various tickets in the simplest, easiest, smartest and most convenient way. With the introduction of booking/ticketing through OTS (Online Ticketing System) which permits viewers/users to purchase tickets by using debit or credit card, mobile wallets and Internet banking through our web-link

USERS AWARENESS is only an online ticketing service. We do not operate any show/event/movie of our own. It's liabilities are limited to issuing a valid ticket for its network of show operators/event organizers (“operators”) and providing refund and support in the event of cancellation as per’s policy. The operator reserves the right to cancel/delay shows/events and change schedule due to unavoidable reasons. In case of canceling the show/event or changing the schedule of the show/event by operator, will not carry any liability. In that case refund/cancel policy is as per operator’s policies. You(user) are fully aware of the verification and are advised to present your debit/credit card; those users who fail to present their credit card must not be accepted for Show/Movie/Event.

Online Ticketing

The Sobticket’s Online Ticketing System is currently available only for various shows, rides and simulations operated by “Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre, Dhaka”. You will use the Online Ticketing System facility to make only legitimate reservations. You can book online for a maximum of 5(Five) viewers in a single booking which can be a combination of adults and children. Tickets for infants can also be booked if each infant is accompanied by at least one adult. You are responsible for the correctness of the age of children and infants booked by you online. An infant is one who has not yet reached his/her third birthday on the date of commencement of show/movie. Bookings within 01(one) hour of show start cannot be made through our web portal. Please contact the “Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre, Dhaka” office for current ticket(s). You are responsible to read all ‘Price/Fare rules’ mentioned on each web page displayed while booking on our website. The Sobticket will consider as accepted these notes and rules if you complete booking process. The viewers are requested to confirm the time, and date of show(s) from the “Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre, Dhaka” office or through the website in advance before the show(s). Sobticket assumes no responsibility whatsoever on account of delay or cancellation of show(s) for any reason whatsoever including change in show schedule.


The mode of payment will be through debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, Internet banking.

Price or fare rules

Total payment charged from user is inclusive of seat fare charged by Tickets provider/operator convenience fee + Payment gateway charge. The convenience fee includes booking fee and service charge. The convenience fee + Payment gateway charges will be charged for any ticket billing.


You suppose that you are of sufficient legal age to use this service, and you possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this service. You warrant that all information supplied by you and members of your family in using the booking facility are true and accurate.

RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS and its owner/licensor's retain all rights (including copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information and material available through the Online booking facility. You must not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through the Online booking facility except with the written permission of authority.


You will not use the online booking facility to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation. You will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Conditions of Use. You must not:
  • use the Online booking facility for any activity which breaches any law; or
  • use the Online booking facility in a way which interferes with its availability for other users; or
  • use other means to transact or obtain information if you are unable to use the Online booking facility.
  • WARRANTY AND REPRESENTATION does not warrant or represent that your access to the Online booking facility will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, software or other material accessible through the Online booking facility will be free of bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.


    Make a booking and pay online by debit/credit card, mobile wallets or internet banking. Print an E-ticket on your personal printer and present it at the check-in counter. It is mandatory to produce E-ticket at check-in point.


  • The image of the ticket purchased by you is stored in the server.
  • Once ticket is purchased the system will generate a printable copy of the Ticket and the same will be displayed on your PC.
  • You should print this ticket(s) and use it for your access to the entrance gate.
  • To enter the hall-room and for check-in, you must present the original printout of the Ticket(s).
  • You should not mutilate, tear or make multi-folds on your printout of the Ticket(s).
  • Now we may allow our users to get tickets through SMS, Email. The users may get their tickets on their mobile phones. The message has complete information about the ticket(s) like ticket number, PNR, date and time of the show etc. Our users also have the luxury of getting the tickets in their mentioned email account. This way once a seat is booked the ticket could be accessed from any device that connects to internet.
  • Please co-operate with the security and the check-in staff when asked to show e-Ticket(s).
  • Communication Policy

  • may send the alerts to the mobile phone number provided by the customer while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the customer. The customer acknowledges that the alerts will be received only if the mobile phone is in ‘On’ mode to receive the SMS. If the mobile phone is in ‘Off’’ mode then the customer may not get / get after delay any alerts sent during such period.
  • We will make best efforts to provide the service and it shall be deemed that the customer shall have received the information sent from as an alert on the mobile phone number provided during the course of ticket booking and shall not be under any obligation to confirm the authenticity of the person(s) receiving the alert. The customer cannot hold liable for non-availability of the service in any manner whatsoever.
  • The customer acknowledges that the SMS service provided by is an additional facility provided for the customer’s convenience and that it may be susceptible to error, omission and/ or inaccuracy. In the event the customer observes any error in the information provided in the alert, shall be immediately informed about the same by the customer and will make best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. The customer shall not hold liable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred/ suffered by the customer on account of the SMS facility.
  • The customer acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness of providing the service depend on many factors including the infrastructure, connectivity of the service provider. shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and the SMS/email service provider including its officials from any damages, claims, demands, proceedings, loss, cost, charges and expenses whatsoever including legal charges and attorney fees which and the SMS/email service provider may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or arising out of (i) misuse, improper or fraudulent information provided by the customer, (ii) the customer providing incorrect number/address or providing a number/address that belongs to that of an unrelated third party, and/or (iii) the customer receiving any message relating to the reservation number, travel itinerary information, booking confirmation, modification to a ticket, cancellation of ticket, change in bus schedule, delay, and/or rescheduling from and/or the SMS/email service provider.
  • By accepting the terms and conditions the customer acknowledges and agrees that may call the mobile phone number/or email provided by the customer while registering for the service or to any such number/address replaced and informed by the customer, for the purpose of collecting feedback from the customer regarding their travel, the bus facilities and/or services of the bus operator.
  • Getting copy of lost ticket

    Even if you lose your ticket, we won't let you lose your seat. To help you in such case, the Ticket could be regenerated in a few clicks. Print ticket option provided in our website helps you in such cases. If the PIN No. and Ticket No. aren't available, the customer care will help you out. After verifying few details, the same ticket can be generated via SMS/Email.
